I’m going to change my blog up a bit while the world implodes as scheduled.
When Coronavirus showed it’s ugly, ruling crown, I thought, there goes my blog. Previously, I had debated sharing my anecdotal knowledge about health and thought there are too many vegan/vegetarian blogs, but the time has arrived to add to the topic since everyone is thinking about their health. The cruelty-free lifestyle will be an addition to the California arts and lifestyle I cover.
I’ll mention two things I think we should take notice along with the virus and that is America’s liberties and money. My thoughts are going to be from the perspective of an urban fantasy romance author. We will delve into the supernatural.
But first, I don’t think the situation is as bad as mainstream and alternative media are saying. With faulty tests that are controlled by the CDC, and people dying from the ventilator not the disease—I think the numbers are wrong—manipulated. I’m not saying the medical staff is intentionally changing results or killing people. Nurses are doing as instructed by the CDC.
Then let’s not forget all the debt that always gets buried under an event. Remember the $2.3 trillion dollars Donald Rumsfeld said was missing the night before September 11, 2001. Financial gurus have shouted the National Debt in the U.S., which is at $24 trillion dollars according to the clock. And Catherine Austin Fitts has been saying $21 trillion dollars went missing from the U.S. Budget. Then the World Debt Clock says we are in $72 trillion dollars of debt. John Rubino is one of many financial experts who have talked about a monetary reset.
I speculate they don’t have the digital infrastructure ready yet. It’s possible the coronavirus is an opportunity being used sooner than planned to get the digital groundwork ready for a new digital financial system.
The takeaway here is there is not one answer as to why people are dying and what is going on behind the scenes. There are layers because of the heavenly and earthly power struggles.
We are going through spiritual warfare and one side seems to think they can win. On Earth in America, two factions seem to be fighting each other—one evil and the other the lesser evil.
The following verses have a lot of good advice on what we should do.
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.” (NIV Study Bible, Ephesians 6:10-18)
I love how the “gospel of peace” is mentioned not war. We fight by reading the Bible and praying.
Notice Ephesians 6:12 mentions “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” It’s not just the devil fighting against us, but other evil forces we don’t see. The Book of Enoch explains how these forces happened.
To highlight the supernatural here are two more verses.
“That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.” (Ephesians 1:20, 21).
The reason I mention verse 20 is because my Bible notes say, “Including whatever supernatural beings his (Paul’s) contemporaries might conceive of, for in his day many people believed not only in the existence of angels and demons, but also in that of other beings. Christ is above them all.”
Notice the mention of a new age coming. Perhaps we are almost there. In our lifetime? I don’t know. My Bible notes say, “Paul distinguishes between the present age, which is evil, and the future age when the Messiah will consummate his kingdom and there will be a completely righteous society on earth.” Another great book to read that will fill in the blanks is Cosmic Memory by Rudolf Steiner.
Paul writes in a letter “His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realm.” (Ephesians 3:10) So think about what is going on in heaven as we are here dealing with the physical world not giving thought to how the spiritual realm affects us. We are part of God’s plan to show that we are His chosen and He is King. But notice how we are being watched from above.
The best we can do is to not believe the hype. There is a push to watch television while we are in “lockdown.” Rudolf Steiner would say that is the Ahrimanic force. If we are watching television then we are listening to that hype. This is a great time to prepare for the future. Read or garden or learn a new skill. We would be better taking action. We can prepare to stay healthy mentally, physically, and spiritually.
I became a vegetarian decades ago then vegan. I’d like to share, through short posts, some of my favorite juices, recipes, vitamins, latest healthy finds, cruelty-free skincare, and books. It won’t be fancy, just knowledge that will help you in these trying times. And I hope by eating purer, your health will clear your mind and prepare you for what is to come.
As Easter approaches, I’d like to leave you with one thought that God said to the Israelites in the desert as they ran from Pharaoh:
“The Lord will fight for you. You need only to be still.” (Exodus 14:14).
Happy Easter Everybody!
