Celery Juice

I drank celery juice every morning on an empty stomach for two weeks.

I was having tiny, lightning headaches. The vitamin lady at the health food store said I had allergies and asked if I had heard of Anthony William. I hadn’t heard of him. She said to juice some celery and to separately juice Cara Cara oranges with blood oranges to help with dehydration. So I did those two juices and felt better in a day and even better in two days. I continued with celery juice, but not the orange juice.

In the second week as I recall the celery juice didn’t sit well with me. I never have any issues with any juice, but celery juice makes my legs feel inflamed. After two weeks, I switched to a different juice.

I recently bought Medical Medium Celery Juice: The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time Healing Millions Worldwide by Anthony William to find out more about juicing. There are so many benefits, I decided to try celery juice again.

According to William the reason why celery juice works is because it has sodium cluster salts. The cashier asked me why I was buying so much celery. I told him why. He said I could buy celery salt. I said it’s not the same. It’s not like you’re eating table salt either. According to the book, celery juice “removes crystallized toxic salts that have been in your organs for years.” If you get a blood test and it shows elevated salt, the test is showing the old, toxic salt being sent out of your body. William goes into more detail, but for those worried about their low sodium diet, celery juice won’t interfere.

The unique sodium in celery is the “ultimate neurotransmitter chemical” and “the most powerful electrolyte beverage on the planet.”

William goes on to say that sodium cluster salts disarm toxic heavy metals such as copper, mercury, and aluminum.

He also calls the water in celery—living water—that has a life force in it that mixes with our life force—our blood. This hydrobioactive water suspends nutrients and phytochemical compounds so that they are ready to be delivered to our body.

Celery juice is supposed to give relief to acid reflux, acne, Alzheimer’s and dementia, anxiety, autoimmune disease,  bladder infections, bloating, brain fog, cancer, constipation, depression, dermatitis, diabetes, eczema, edema, fibromyalgia, headaches and migraines, heart palpitations, high blood pressure, lupus, Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, sleep problems, thyroid conditions, tingles and numbness, tinnitus, vertigo, vitiligo, weight problems and the list goes on. He does mention the celery juice cleaning the liver a lot. And he does make it sound like you will get more than relief from celery juice. He makes it sound like a cure.

Remember I mentioned my neighbor who died of ALS? What he says about ALS, Lou Gehrig’s Disease is fascinating. He says, “The true cause of ALS is a viral infection inside the brain, most commonly HHV-6 accompanying another virus or two (for instance, shingles or EBV) in other areas of the body. Viral neurotoxins are what cause the symptoms of ALS, and these particular neurotoxins can only be created when there’s a large amount of toxic heavy metals present in the system.” Heavy metals like aluminum, mercury, and then copper. He suggests celery juice with an antiviral protocol and a toxic heavy metal cleanse. He has a Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie Recipe in the book and he recommends his Thyroid Healing book.

Interestingly, he says autoimmune conditions are not your body attacking itself. He says antibodies are attacking a virus.

Anthony William is a medium. He says it is the Spirit of Compassion that talks to him. I have never heard of such a spirit in my studies of Christianity or Self-Realization Fellowship or the like.

I haven’t read the whole book yet, but it’s very interesting. I’ll update you on my journey and the book later.

Here are the basics of what to do: If you are going to drink celery juice make sure you drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Don’t add ice. Avoid problematic foods like dairy, eggs, gluten, corn, soy, pork, nutritional yeast, canola oil, natural flavors, vinegar, and fermented foods. William does say if you are going to eat these foods to at least wait until noon. And he suggests to drink celery juice for 30 days.

1 celery stalk plus a few sticks

Yield: 16-ounces

Wash then chop entire celery stalk. Chop into half-inch pieces so not to clog your juicer. Drink 16 ounces of celery juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Don’t add anything.

Happy Juicing!
