
A vegan “cheese” sandwich is appropriate when YouTubers are talking about bugging out. I personally don’t think things are going to get that bad. Below is a recipe for if you’re on the run.
Vegan “Cheese” Sandwich Recipe
2-slices Little Northern Bakehouse millet & chia bread, toasted
vegenaise, soy-free
dijon mustard
3-slices Violife smoked provolone vegan cheese
tomato, slices
lettuce, spring mix
Toppings and sides:
manzanilla olives with pimentos, Trader Joe’s
pepperoncini
have’a corn chips
Directions:
Toast bread. Spread mayo on one side. I like the Vegenaise with the light green cap that is soy-free because it is also free of canola oil. Spread mustard on other side. Stack cheese then sliced tomatoes then lettuce on toast then top layers with second piece of toast.
